Refund Policy

Beach Boat Rental maintains a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final at the time of booking. Refunds are not provided for guest-initiated cancellations, "no-shows," late arrivals, early returns, or motion sickness.

A refund or rescheduling credit will only be issued if Beach Boat Rental must cancel a trip due to hazardous weather conditions (such as lightning or high winds) or an unforeseen mechanical failure that prevents the vessel from operating safely. By submitting payment, you agree to these terms and waive the right to initiate a credit card chargeback for any reason other than a company-initiated cancellation.
