What happens if there is bad weather?

Safety is our top priority. Weather-related cancellations are determined solely by Beach Boat Rental and our licensed captains. If conditions are deemed unsafe for navigation (such as lightning, high winds, or small craft advisories), we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule. Please note that "less than perfect" weather, such as overcast skies or light passing rain, does not qualify for a refund or cancellation.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel or reschedule your reservation for a full refund as long as you provide notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window are non-refundable.

What should we bring with us?

We recommend sunscreen, towels, and polarized sunglasses. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, though we ask that you avoid red wine or staining liquids. Please note that every boat listing on our website specifically shows what is included (such as floating mats, specific sound systems, or water toys) for that particular vessel.

Can I smoke on board?

No open flames are allowed on board at any time. This policy strictly prohibits the use of cigarettes, cigars, hookahs, and grills. Electronic cigarettes and vapes are permitted.

Do I need a license to rent a boat?

No. Every Beach Boat Rental comes with a professional USCG-licensed captain. You can relax and enjoy your time on the water while our experts handle all navigation and docking.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is fuel included in the price?

Yes. Our pricing is all-inclusive regarding fuel for standard local cruising. You will not face any hidden fuel surcharges at the end of your trip.

What is the tipping policy?

While not required, it is customary in the charter industry to tip your captain for great service. A gratuity of 15% to 20% is standard and greatly appreciated by our crew.

Are pets allowed on the boat?

Yes, we are family and pet-friendly. If you plan to bring a pet, please let us know in advance so we can ensure the vessel is prepared for your furry friend.
